Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Gear
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is clean and free of horse hair or trail debris.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our warehouse facility for inspection.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our tack experts verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
